Checkers and Bars

With a weather pattern like this how could one not be out on the water. Got to tangle with some local game fish this weekend. Not wide open but steady action on quality bass for a few hours. Only 2 were shorts with the biggest taping out a 19". 4-5 inch swimbaits slathered in butter was the ticket.

Never thrown white. I've always stuck w/ darker colors. Nice work.

They were hitting dark colors too. A lot of em on the drop. When theyre that hungry dont think it matters what color you throw at em.
