La Jolla Monday

Me and Argoli are heading down to LJ, Monday and would like to know if the squid boats are still working or do we just start jiggingg for them ? If they are working do we just head to the area they are in and jig? Or do we bring a net and see if they are floating .

I was out yesterday early AM and the squid boats were nowhere to be seen. I was told there was squid still left to be had but with my squid catching ability I didn't waste much time looking for them but used my dead squid instead.

Just a nice paddle from the launch to the point and then to the pier. Plenty of macks out by the furthest buoy.
