I wonder what sort of battle ensued when he first grabbed that thing?! Couldn't have been too bad, the guys was all smiles and the lobster still had all his legs and antennae in tact. Cool of him to CPR it

Bugs that big are very strong, speaking from personal experience.

I agree with one of the previous posts.
Very cool of him to release it. If it has better survival instincts embedded in his DNA, think of all the future "BIG" offspring he could produce

That's also one of the reasons I can't bring myself to bring home a Calico over 7#'s, usually release most "Homeguard"

and why I practice C & R with native Trout/Steelhead!
