Newbie with questions.

Im new to this page, new to kayak fishing. I found a great deal on this page and picked up a hobie pa 14 last week. Popped my cherry last weekend and went fishing out of Dana Point. My big question is will diamond valley or lake skinner let the PA on their water? I would like to hit fresh water as well as ocean.

- Kayaks and canoes must be at least 10 feet long, non-bailing and seating for all passengers. Sit-on-top kayaks are prohibited.
