They have to find something to burn money on now that the MLPA process is over. Recreational fishermen are responsible for global warming and the decline of the Panda too.

It's called "Rectal Cranial Inversion" it is at epidemic proportions in areas such as the government, although it has spread as far as city and state levels as well...so far no one has come forward with a cure...and if it goes untreated we are all in trouble, vote them all out!!!
