Redondo Kayak Dock Re installation

Hey All, Just talked with Redondo Pier and Harbor Maintanance Head and he stated that Monday April 4th the small pier would be in place. Due to low tide conditions next week they have to wait until the April 4th. Finally!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, how does the kayak hoist work? I've never launched out of Redondo and was looking for pics or videos on it, is it the same as the larger boat hoist?

Thanks

the hand launch is a protected dock... it's very easy... you drive right up to the dock and roll/carry your kayak about 50', and into the water... (take a look at redondosteve's profile pic)
