DP032007 - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Caught and released two little guys today.

First one: 23" about 5lbs

Second one: 22 1/2" about 4 1/2lbs

Back for the ladies later this week or next.

nice fish, you seemed destined for glory about every time you hit the water

. do you put them on the game clip for handling purposes??

Yes. I let the fish stay in the water while I get the camera and tape ready. It also allows me to handle the fish without taking any slime off.

Good idea.....I'm always rushing my shot because I'm worried about the health of the fish while out of the water.
