went out fishing out in May tried a new launch spot. water smelled and looked like dark chocolate i mean the stuff team sewer leaves behind. real nasty.

Nice video. my dad got me hooked on fishing out that place. he'd take my friend and I there after school every Tuesday and Thursday. this was back in the mid to late 80's, a lot of good memories out that place. if you don't mind letting me know were to park and launch from I would really like fish it from the yak.

There is another place where you can launch your kayak for free. We don't require a boat ramp (for the most part), so just launch off the little sand beach that is behind the Bayshore skating rink. They rent kayaks there and I have already asked if the public can launch there. They told me that launching kayaks there is no problem and legal.

Just to the South of Kayak Center ,going toward the peninsula is Leeway Sailing center it has launch area wash rack wash down with free street parking . Parking on week ends mite be a issue LIMITED .
