Power Locks:
1. twist and unlock the lock mechanism(or whatever its called) 2. pick rod up slightly 3. slide rod out and aware from rod holder or pick rod straight up to remove from rod holder 4. fight fish Orca: 1. pull rod up in one switch move 2. fight fish

Skip step one

Power lock Slide rod out Fight fish Orcas are slightly better, I'll agree, but they are slightly more expensive to. If I would do it over I'd go the orca route for sure but I already got my set up so until I lose or break one, power lock it is. |

Bumping this up again.
Anyone use the scotty #429 gear head mount extender? I am ready to get two for my PA but wondering if they flex too much while trolling a heaving sinker.
