a couple of yellows

Got out at the usual time, hard to make decent bait. Managed one greenie that got tangled up in the sabiki soon after I hooked it up to my flyline. Had to cut my $6 sabiki to get it free. Trolled for a bit and got picked up by a nice one. It ran straight down to the kelp and got me hung up but the spectra did its trick. Pop,pop, pop one stringer after another and in about 10 min sunk the gaff in a 32lber. Got everything cleaned up and roped her down. I paddled back to the scene of the crime and made one more bait and nailed her boyfriend 23lbs. Mild swell, mild breeze, clean blue water with lots of south current. Saw some breezers, both were blind strikes in about 85 feet of water. It has been a while! Go get one!!!
