Nice, I have never tried Bonito Sashimi but have heard it is good if prepared right.

Thanks for report! Agree w line peeling off Kayak, but mine was from a seal stealing my sardine. I did try Bonito sashimi for the first time last season, I bled it right away and put on ice and it was very good. Also made for awesome Poki next day.
