olive oil on both sides, salt/pepper, then garlic on both sides and then placed them in hot olive oil and seared both sides until nice and brown..they were amazing. I also made some poke, with just teriyaki, soy, sesame oils, half a lime, salt, red pepper flakes, cucumber, only a couple green onions and of course this amazing fish..it was gone super fast..i just adjusted the ingredients to make sure it had a great taste!
