Tested the cart today, works very well and the wheels roll over soft sand. Doesnt even need a strap to hold it down.

Highly recommend this DIY if you can get your hands on some powereheels.

These are the wheels that I use copper tubing frame. These wheels are about 3 years old and still are like new they were built by a friend so all I know is they work.

Awesome, this setup is probably lighter then mine.

You're right these wheels work amazingly well. I have a friend that bought the narrow rubber wheels from home depot to build a cart and they do not work at all for him.
