is anyone planning to go out friday or monday? i have never been and really want to before heading to afghanistan in november. and any tips are greatly appreciated! thanks

I will be in big bear with the family leaving friday and coming home monday, If i can get them to agree to come home sunday night i will let you no....Got to get out before you leave

Hey best of luck at LJ. I will be going out there for the first time on Saturday. Hope you have a great time. I'd love any tips you may have after heading out to LJ. Ive never shore launched. Lookin' forward to it.

I will also be in Big Bear with my family during that time. Are you bringing your yak?

Bring kayak wheels. Getting onto the beach at landing should be crazy with the crowds.
