HECK YEAH ! Now that's the way to break in a new Yak !
That's one heck of a haul, 2 about 20#'s...can't beat that [except topping it off with a , but that would just be greedy ]!
I have heard of a theory about the color discrepancy in the meat of your fish, one might be migratory and the other a "Homeguard" strain. This is the difference I have personally observed between naturally raised salmonid(?) species (trout, salmon & steelhead) and "stocked fish".
