Yard sale at sea???

Hello everyone,
I'm new to BWE so not sure what to do. As I was paddling in today, I came across a Hobie paddle floating. If you lost one or know of someone who did please respond.
Thanks

Welcome and thanks for trying to return someone's lost gear! Don't put the brand in your post so the owner can describe it and you'll know you have the right owner.

Hobie Paddle! Owner probably used it for the first time and threw it away. Either that, or George rolled again.

Thank you for doing this.

I find kayak fishermen to basically be an excellent group of kindred spirits who watch out and take care of each other.

Reporting what we find here is probably our best hope of getting found equipment back to the people who lost it.

The good karma will come back to you, I'm sure.

Bravo!

PS - if nobody claims it in the next week or two, sell it here for $40 and go buy yourself some fresh tackle

I also lost Hobie paddle, back in August at La Jolla...

Just an FYI, not looking to get a paddle out of it.

.... I miss my favorite canvas fishing hat

On the chin strings were clipped a whistle and nail clipper for trimming line.

Considering of leashing up everything now? ;-) or at least put in some foam in the kayak to keep it afloat?
