Thought I'd get out there before the stormy weather blows in. Supposed to be gale force by Monday.

Took a gentlemanly start just before graylight.

Made good sized spanish and some greenbacks just before sunrise. First thing to come up on the sabiki was a bright orange sculpin about the size of a grapefruit. Lil cutie.

I was the only yak out there, till one dude in a hobie pedaled by.

There were maybe two or three boats all morning.

Pure solitude out there...except for getting mobbed by big fat knothead dogs all day not matter how hard I ran. Guess that's what happens when you're the only boat on the water.

Brought home a single fat spanish for my pup to chew on.
