Shimano bait bag/tank, Scotty rod holder w/ mount
Shimano bait tank/bag w/ 4 rod holders - $50. It's in great condition. I don't have any hoses or pumps but it does have an all-weather switch installed for a pump.

Scotty surface-mount rod holder - excellent condition, no hardware: $10.

I live in Escondido and work in Carlsbad so I can meet anywhere between.
