4-15 Cabrillo with a Legend, an Elite and a Champ

I hit Cabrillo on Sunday knowing that a few others would be there too via a few texts the day before. I ended up in the midst of quite the crew: Jorge (Legend in the Making), Matt (Stinky yet Elite), and Greg (WCW Champ)...We were joined a few hours later by Brent (Mountain biker on a kayak).

I, Caffeind, in my excitement to hit the water, had no coffee this day, so was extraordinarily silent in my stalking of the flat ones. This turned out to be a good thing as it let me enjoy the almost constant banter of Team Sewer as they dodged whales, dickheads in boats, kite flying homeless guys and apparently blood thirsty raccoons (after I left).

Somehow me and my Olive Outback (Official Kayak of Cabrillo Halibut Fisherman TM) managed to steer clear of all the wackiness out there...just one bite for one fish.

Ended up being a PB for me. OTW pic provided by Matt

20lbs.- 38"...too bad we didn't have a $5 big fish bet goin

Thanks...actually those guys had me rollin', maybe it was the lack of coffee tho. I'll see if they're funny after a venti next time.
