Lost...

... A little bit of pride launching last night. waves were way bigger than forecasted. while going out the hoop nets started to slide off and the drag twisted my kayak and a wave took me out, went back to shore nice and soaked, zip tied the hoops and gave the waves everything i had.

made it out for lots of shorts, no keepers, and some sea sickness for me and my brother. chummed the water pretty good for the rest of the hoopnetters out there.

didn't lose any gear thankfully. today is a lot better from the looks of it on the webcam. I think all the wind yesterday built up some wind swell. today and tonight seems better. good luck if you go out!

Dang Nick sounds like a hellish night. Did the DFG pigs hustle you too? Remember those going out to fill out your cards prior to dropping hoops.
