Newport at night - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Has anyone fished Newport at night? I’ve done a lot of Huntington Harbor Long Beach and Los Alamitos and was thinking of venturing out Friday night or Saturday night to Newport. Does anyone know where I could launch at night?.

I think the Coastguard station is always open. Its a great place to launch.
