JIMIJIGS

We have found the perfect sponsor for the Ironman contest. The person to capture the most species on the list will get a set of Jimijigs!

For those of you that don't know Jimi, he is one of the La Jolla regulars. He was the guy to start the recent WSB bite and happened to get the biggest so far, and on a jig he made. He has been making different jigs for quite awhile. He has come up with a completely unique "iron" that is just slightly heavier than a traditional surface iron. Jimi has also offered us a set of his jigs to be given to the biggest fish taken on an artificial in this years West Coast Whoppers. Check out Jimi's website and these great swimming jigs with a revolutionary finish.

Alot of people have been asking were they can buy Jimijigs. I just stocked the shelves at Dana Landing www.danalanding.com with a new batch of all the colors. Send me pictures of your fish with your tale of how you caught it I would like to put it on my website. Thanks Jimi

thanks for response

When I asked people to let me know how they were doing with the lures I never expected they would show me also.
Andy sends me video of this yellowtail

Two friday's ago Joey throws right on a boil and brings up this one.

Then last friday I am telling Dennis about my favoritte spot and I watch with my mouth wide open as he boats another right in front of me

I barely calm down and today Casey sends me this!

Dorado on El Jefe! You guys have made this an awesome month! I can't wait untill things really warm up.

As if i dont have enough jigs. Im going to order a few and take them to work with me. The other deckies and the captians may like what they see and it may stir up some business. I know how it is spreading the word about your product and convincing people it is better than another manufactures.

I caught all these on a Jimi jig won at the Steve Moyer raffee. I like the overall quality. The hooks really stick em good. Fish have worked free from other jigs but not this one.

why no rings?

Hey Jimi (or whomever knows about these jigs),
I saw the jigs quite a while ago at a store and noticed there were no rings. I looked again at the picture and don't see them there either. Do you suggest tying directly onto the jig or is the customer supposed to add a ring?

It is true that Jimi has gone hunting biger tails in the land of the kiwis but not to worry his jigs are still available and infact we have improved upon them.

First let me introduce my self, my name is Dan and I am a friend of Jimi. I will be helping him out while he is on sabbatical, who knows how long that will be. His web site is still up and hopefully we are going to get the jigs into some more shops. We are working at being at the shows in Long Beach and Del Mar we will see. By the way just talked to Jimi, he said the water is still a little cold so no monsters yet but as soon as he scores he will post.

I saw some of these jigs at JP's Tackle in vista they had some of the jimijigs and they were F-ing bad. The person that worked in the store picked up a Tady and raked the hook on the paint 3-4 times and it didn't even scratch i am going to invest in some.
