LJ launch open?

Looks like from the camera the heavy machinery is gone. I see tire tracks and the kayaks are further left.

Can anyone confirm it's open now?

It does look open on the CAM, that would be exciting to finally not be tired from dragging my yak up and down those stairs with all the tourist asking me 100 questions about the YT I caught!

If it was open, you would see the trucks from the kayak rental companies keep driving in and out.

Thought that was a heck of a photoshop attempt there with the timestamp to match as well, but heck, it's open.

They finished well ahead of their 5/30 deadline as well. Go City of San Diego!

I think the launch needs to be tested. Is there any rain in the forecast. Seems every time it gets fixed, it rains.
