Shimano TRX 500HG TranX w/ 65# Spectra and 10 Foot Phenix Abyss Rod

Selling a Shimano TRX500HG TranX High Gear Baitcasting Reel with 65# Spectra, and a 10 foot Phenix Abyss rod. Tranx retails $500, Phenix retails $250...I'd sell both for $600. I sold my old yak, went to dark side and bought a boat, then saw the light again and bought another PA14 and selling the boat (Vicious Cycle) I used them around 4 times on my boat, tranx has some scratches from being in rod holders but works great. I'd sell each one separately, $400 for Tranx $200 for Rod..O.B.O. I have reel cover and box also. Obviously most of us have no use for a 10 footer on a yak..but if you know someone, please let em know. Don't want to trade for anything just trying to free up some space. Tight Lines

Ryan

Long rod every trip. Killer setup.. but too nice of a reel for the yak IMO. Id hate to cover that thing in mackerel slime and sand.

They don't want you to know this, but Shimano's factory reel and drag grease is just refined mackerel slime.
