Where is Makobob

Bob, just trying to see where you are. I was expecting to see you down here at your place on Sunday, just hope everything is okay. I am posting this through my wife. If anyone knows where he is or how to reach him (other than his cell), please reply to this thread so that I can know he is okay.

Damn! Im sorry to see this.

I stopped by to visit Mako Bob on Saturday night and Bob wasn't feeling well. He had a fever and was in bed.

I had a feeling he wasn't gonna make the trip that night I know he was trying to rest to get better so he could go.

I hope he's ok too. I have called him a few times to check up on him but he hasn't answered his phone.

I just had one of the members of my FB group have his Dad go and check up on him.

Bob's in the hospital for diabetes related issues - under doctor's care, no timeline for release. One of my members is going to swing by the hospital this evening.

He is at Tri-City Medical Center
4002 Vista Way
Oceanside, CA 92056

Here is the telephone number to get an update on his condition. (760) 724-8411

This is terrible news. I don't know Bob personally, but I have a handful of friends who speak incredibly highly of him and I wish him well on his recovery.

He is a tough guy, but diabetes is no joke.

Hope he is on the path of recovery.

I was more worried about him driving so much in Baja.

I want to call, but I forget his last name. Also unless related, they may not give much information.

I also have Diabetes, but its not bad. So far its fairly well managed. But, it is indeed a serious thing. I remember my doctor telling me my diagnosis and looking at me like she is handing down a death sentence, so I understand what our buddy Bob is going through.

Oh well. Back to the point. There is a fundraiser walk going on for Diabetes research and help for those suffering (Bob!). I am doing it and encourage others to do it if they can. If you want to and can donate, that is very awesome. If you want to donate to me directly (Through the org), just search for Erik Rodriguez. Here is a link. I am in the October 22 walk. Join us.
