Green Chile Tuna Ceviche

Last week I had the good fortune of catching a couple of Blackfin Tuna. One on a slow pitch, and the second one speed jigging.

After freezing a portion for a few days, I decided to thaw it out and make something different. The recipe came from the Fisherman's Belly.

It was delicious. Thank you Yanni!

Thanks Yanni. It was the first time I have ever cooked with tomatillos. The blend of them roasted with Mexican Onion was outstandingly good -- definitely, an ingredient for future dishes.
