I am an extreme newbie, dont even have a yak yet. I read your article on fishing for yellow tail in the information section. It was great. I plan on purchasing like equipment. I am headed off to Bass Pro Shops tomorrow as I have a gift certificate for that shop. I think I am going to get a Daiwa Sealine-X and a rod. Any recommendations on a rod? I really want to get out there but have not got my legs wet yet. Doing a lot of research right now. Any suggestions for an equipment list would be fantastic. I was looking at pedal driven yak. Yellow Tail are what I want to catch, but of course they are all fun to catch. Appreciate any words of wisdon.
