Christmas Sea Bass
The La Jolla gift that keeps on giving. I prepped and
cooked my white sea bass collars just like fishermansbelly.com Yellowtail Kama http://bit.ly/1JRBtqJ recipe. Sea salt with dried rosemary  Sea Bass Collars prepped only with sea salt/rosemary (no salt on skin!!)  Grilled over coals, Sea Bass Collars with guacamole. Basted with limes and olive oil.
