Sweet!
I must admit I am jealous though. Still waiting for my first, but to do that I need more time on the water.
Well done! |

I like the way everything is so neatly filleted, packaged and labeled in the second photo! Delicious, precious fresh fish, ready to enjoy. Yum!
Bravo!

Yeah I went to 5 star processing down near San Diego bay. Did it on the spot and had everything packaged and put away with a ton of ice. They cleaned my game bag up and put in fresh ice for free. Ice there is cheap at 3 dollars for 20lbs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Got her done professionally by 5 star processing. I really wanted to clean it myself cause I made the effort to catch it but my dad wasn't willing to put up with the mess. The only messy part was bleeding it when I first got it but oh well. I still am gonna enjoy it regardless of who cleaned it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I saw you at the launch yesterday and last Monday. Good to see you putting time on the water. Congrats on your first one, you will remember it more than others to come and it will taste the best.

I try to get out often bc the more you go, the higher the odds are you will catch something. Even if you don't get anything it's still better than a day at home or the office. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Absolutely, I try to use it as a way to chill and forget about things that bother me from time to time. If you keep that attitude than it is always a positive experience even when you don't catch some fish. Also I think I learn something new almost every trip to LJ.
