Surf was tiny, roughly 1 foot.

I like the way everything is so neatly filleted, packaged and labeled in the second photo! Delicious, precious fresh fish, ready to enjoy. Yum!

Bravo!

Nice work.

Got her done professionally by 5 star processing. I really wanted to clean it myself cause I made the effort to catch it but my dad wasn't willing to put up with the mess. The only messy part was bleeding it when I first got it but oh well. I still am gonna enjoy it regardless of who cleaned it.

Yeah I went to 5 star processing down near San Diego bay. Did it on the spot and had everything packaged and put away with a ton of ice. They cleaned my game bag up and put in fresh ice for free. Ice there is cheap at 3 dollars for 20lbs

Thank you, and I honestly have no idea. Water was splendid out there and like glass in the AM.

La Jolla shores is swell blocked by the rest of La Jolla. Windansea for instance saw every bit of that swell because its exposed. Long period means more water moving less frequently.

Good to know. I'm still unfamiliar with LJ, so I really have no idea...

make bait, 10-15mins, catch nice fish, dice said fish up like the fish monger and package well enough to be sold commercially... efficient work, nicely done
