tying in bait tank and ff
hey guys not big on electrical work how do you all tie in you your bait tank and ff to a 12v battery.

i run two different systems each self contained one 6v for bait tank and 12v for FF/sonar

You probably don't want to run both your FF and bait tank off the 12v battery. I thought about doing that but then you'd probably want a timing switch on the bait tank so it doesnt overflow or get too much water pushing through it. I finally took everyone's advice and just got a 12v and a 6v battery. 12v for the fish finder and 6v for the bait tank. Throw the battery in a cheap box like shown above and wire it up.

im using a 12 volt battery running my fishfinder and bait tank. im using a remote control to turn off my bait tank on an off. also the remote control has 100%,50% and 25% for how much water you want your baittank to produce.

if you use 6v with a 500gph rule pump you will not need a timer.
