Take your pick.
A. A Super Soaker filled with Window Cleaner. B. A Water Balloon. C. A Human Totem Pole. D. A paint roller on an 8' aluminum extension doused with Windex. |

I few mornings ago I checked the LJ web cam about 3 am. The moon was full and I wanted to check the surf before I made the drive from Vista. I was able to see the low tide surf but most of the screen was taken up by this strange glowing, quivering line with a glowing blob slowly moving up and down it.
