This morning, as off 6:45am driving to work, it looked like whitecap city from the launch all the way to the pier... I wouldn't want to launch this AM from what I saw.

I believe the white caps were mistaken for surf line.

Let me clarify, white caps outside, messy white water from the launch to the pier, extending out to the preserve...
