Great story. Congratulations! I assume the second hookup was a 2nd fish? Or did you catch the same fish twice?
When you pulled him in by the gills, I'm glad he didn't chomp down on your leg, .... or other extremities. You can get your rod tip fixed at Squidco. They can do it while you wait. Great service there.
