While you're at it I would also recommend you get rid of the stock hatch and upgrade to the rectangular hatch. one last thing.................................if that is a scupper cart get rid of it and get yourself a wheelez cart, the one with the big wheels. Save the wheels that you have now and use them on your wheelez frame when you do not need to drag your kayak across sand.
