tacmik Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: East County Posts: 914	Cedar plank cooking is great. However, the planks you get at the store that is packaged for sale are expensive. Got to Lowes or home dept. and get a cedar fence board and just cut it yourself to the size you need. Just make sure you buy the un-treated boards and lightly sand them. __________________
