What kind of meat are you guys bringing? Need a heads up.. Hot links/ribs/jalapenos/Chicken?

Should we each bring our own meat? If someone wants to bring burgers great, but without a true head count how do we know what to bring. At least if we did a BYOM you could share what you brought, and if you did something different with it.
