Wow, just noticed the video. Good stuff there Jim. The fight was textbook IMHO. Landing could use a bit of improvement though

HA! Greg man I was thinking Matt would've caught that and given me a rash for it. Trust me, I have gameclips all over my yak these days. I should've had that thing open, ready to go...and untangled! Cheers.

Luckily two were caught Sunday and one yesterday. That's my one beef with the Revolution, not much space to store fishies...I do fear getting yanked over by a seal so they go inside somewhere...

Nice work. riding low in 1 of those pics. Hauling in two fish at a time is good reason to upgrade to PA.Let me know when the revo is up for sale... I am ready to upgrade to peddle power and keep that mojo goin.

This will sound like a google search and EVERYONE's offered this same info in the past but this was real for me: Greenies for bait...random depths from 45'-75'. I think the most important part to all of this was putting in 24 hours on the water, baited on the bottom. (4) trips (6) hours each. Butt fishing is very, very boring stuff until you get the shot. Like Matt implied...my wife thought I was nuts because I had that gaze in my eyes saying..."I'm going back out, I know they're there." The first two days were zips but I had that feeling and kept trying. I heard RobFish got a yellowtail on Saturday but I had decided to stay on this spot targeting butts for Sunday even though my first two days were ZERO bites...Jim

Well done!

I heard you could only catch multiple Halibut on mother-ship trips. Don't you have to go to some Island or something?
