The collars are hard to beat, I did this weeks fish on the bbq with Evo, salt and pepper. Soooooooooo good! ![]()

I like mine with lemon juice, a splash of Worcestershire sauce and plenty of black pepper. That being said I haven't had the honor of grilling a 40 lber.
