Yani, that looks absolutely delicious!

I wanted to post if that will work with tuna, but so far my tuna hunting has only produced large yellowtails and a dodo

We will be doing this recipe for sure with the next exotic.

I big thanks to Andre for the awesome video. Yani cut out my almost epic fail when the dodo got caught in the rudder and thanks to Andre's quick thinking, he got me undone in a less than a minute.

Whoop whoop!! I know u woulda done the same for me. Glad I could help and being there was quite an experience. Watching a dodo fly 10-15 feet in the air on the initial hit is something I will never forget. Simply amazing.

Thanks for the inspiration Yanni. I made this for dinner last night and it was delicious! Jicama in guac; who would have thunk? Soooo good. Keep 'em coming!
