Yani, that looks absolutely delicious!
I wanted to post if that will work with tuna, but so far my tuna hunting has only produced large yellowtails and a dodo ![]() We will be doing this recipe for sure with the next exotic. I big thanks to Andre for the awesome video. Yani cut out my almost epic fail when the dodo got caught in the rudder and thanks to Andre's quick thinking, he got me undone in a less than a minute. Thanks for the inspiration Yanni. I made this for dinner last night and it was delicious! Jicama in guac; who would have thunk? Soooo good. Keep 'em coming!
