Some people are natural speakers and Yani is a good example. The commission made it clear that they appreciate well delivered speeches for thoughtful consideration. We have a few more opportunities to deliver concise suggestions for how the DFG will implement the the new access limits and regulations. We know who are the best speaker amongst us and should provide organized support. Is there a way we can seed time via signed documentation instead of all of us flying all over the state?

I was not able to make it. Since I work retail I am absolutly slammed right now. Thanks Yani and everyone else who went to speak for us . That is good news we have another year, I hope that can work in our favor.

You have to be present to cede time to a speaker. The Fish and Game Commission's rules are a little different than the MLPA meetings. Each speaker gets one minute. Ceded time doesn't work out as well (15=3min) at these meetings. I think we would do better with a series of organized speakers where each speaker assigned a specific point to address.
