Some people are natural speakers and Yani is a good example.

The commission made it clear that they appreciate well delivered speeches for thoughtful consideration. We have a few more opportunities to deliver concise suggestions for how the DFG will implement the the new access limits and regulations. We know who are the best speaker amongst us and should provide organized support. Is there a way we can seed time via signed documentation instead of all of us flying all over the state?
