Youll have to do more searching, but I know youre actually allowed to harrass some of the seals, but not all of them. Some are endangered or more rare and can not be harmed in anyway. But some are local and youre allowed to try your luck at runnin em off.
I would just stick with whats been said though for all of em anyways. |
