San Diego Bay
Hit up the bay for a little spottie action and took an extra rod with some squid on it. Caught 9 spotties and this:

Shovel Nose or Guitar fish, or a Skate... All 3 names for same fish the proper name is... Rhinobatos albomaculatus

Nice report. Shovel Nose, some like to eat them but honestly they are fun to catch but not much fun to eat in my opinion.
