Did you go north or hide from the wind by the Doheny? It seemed like the wind might have backed down a bit around 9:30 or 10:00. I still can't believe how quick and strong that wind came up.

It was nice seeing you out there, yeah it was a bit sketchy for a while I probably had 4 gallons of water in my hull when i landed but all in all it was a good day 2 shorts about 6 raked it was my cousins first time on a yak and he did well considering the conditions, it was my first time at dp and i will def be back cant beat free parking, easy launch, and a bait barge like stinkymatt said it is gentlemens fishing and it was a nice change from getting owned on the shore break at esco. hope to see you out there again. tight lines.

We drifted doheny aways passed the creek. When the swell picked up it became a not very fun game of don't fall off the Tarpon.

Yeah, I thought about you swimming a few times out there. Glad you stayed on it. Good test for your acclimating to the 160i too. I took lots of green water over the bow today.
