I love my X-Factor for the stability it offers and that's also why I never went with a WS Kayak. Work on your core balance and remember to keep your head and core centered on the Kayak, where your head goes your body will follow.

I went from a fat little tandem to my skinny x-13 and it was a little difficult at first but feels just right now. Do some yoga

This works on motorcycles too.
