I've been fishing a revo toro for a couple seasons on the yak and have no complaints. bulletproof and handles big fish fine.

How heavy of line and how much capacity are you looking for? as mentioned earlier, the revo inshore is great too. Countless bass and several lings and cuda and it's still as good as new.

I don't own any curado's so I can't answer there.

I'll be fishing 50-65lb braid w/ leader 25# -50#. I want enough capacity and strength so that if a YT decides to bite I have enough line to bring him in.

I've got a curado 200e7 and its a great reel, seems too light for this particular setup. And the Revo Inshore is the same size reel so I lean to the same feeling of it being inadequate, but I could be wrong...

Revo toro 50 hs. I have 5 curados and love them but they need a lot of maintenance if used in the salt. The revo toros and inshores are made for the salt and have a corosion resistant frame and have more drag.

Myself, I'd go with the Curado 300.

Have all of the above and none of them compare to the Okuma Cedros 273 CJ, smaller than the Revo Inshore and holds almost as much as my 300? Heck I use it for Big Reds and whatever else will hit me at 150'-210'
