What are those yellow lines at 2:09 in the first video?

They look kinda like anchor lines but they're almost vertical.

There is another probable 7gill in the last minute or so of the first vid, but kinda hazy. I will take a couple pics of my setup in the next day or two and post them. Basically the camera is mounted to a finned downrigger ball (4lb). I do have the option to attach a quick release for attaching a bait behind the camera too, but it is as tough to deal with as a bounceball rig with a flasher.
