I got'em all filleted out! Just like brett said, its a lot of work but well worth it in the end!!! I never liked the taste of bluegill until last year when I finally tasted them..... and they were fantastic! I can honestly say that they were almost as good or as good as rockfish! Perfect for fry'n!

Love it! Been thinking about hitting the WFO crappie at Henshaw lately but am holding out for El Cap since it is my favorite kayak lake.
